Getting started with the Chrome extension
Install the Taptale Recorder from the Chrome Web Store, sign in with your Taptale account, and click the toolbar icon on any web page to start recording an interactive demo or video walkthrough.
My recording stopped uploading
Recordings are buffered locally and resume automatically if your connection drops. If an upload appears stuck, open the extension popup and choose Recover recording, or contact support and include the approximate time of the recording.
How do I share a recording?
Open any recording in your library, click Share, and copy the link. You can optionally require a password or email gate, customize the branding, and view analytics on who watched and how long.
Billing and subscriptions
Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from the Account page. To cancel, downgrade, or change billing details, visit Settings → Billing or email support.
Deleting your account or data
Account deletion is available from the Account page. To request export, correction, or deletion of personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@taptale.app.
Reporting a Bug or Security Issue
If you find a bug, email support@taptale.app with steps to reproduce. For security vulnerabilities, please email security@taptale.app and allow us a reasonable window to investigate before public disclosure.
